Associate Dean, University of Arizona Libraries
As Associate Dean of the University of Arizona Libraries, Tara Radniecki leads cross-functional partnerships across the Health Sciences Library, Research Engagement, and Student Learning and Engagement to advance the university's research and academic mission.
Before joining the University of Arizona in 2023, Radniecki spent nearly a decade at the University of Nevada, Reno, where she directed the makerspace and led the DeLaMare Science & Engineering Library, building research data services and fostering cross-unit collaboration. Her career spans emerging technologies, information literacy, and research support at Loyola University Chicago and Loyola Marymount. She serves on the American Library Association's Science and Technology section executive board and represents the Libraries on the Associate Deans for Research Council, positioning her to bridge the disciplinary communities most affected by AI's impact on scholarship and student learning.

Senior Director, Writing Programs and Professor, University of Arizona
Shelley Rodrigo is Senior Director of the Writing Programs and Professor in the Rhetoric, Composition, and the Teaching of English program at the University of Arizona. Her research examines how emerging technologies shape communicative interactions, with a sustained focus on teaching and learning.
Rodrigo co-authored the award-winning Teaching Literacy Online and recently completed the fourth edition of The Wadsworth/Cengage Guide to Research. Her scholarship appears in leading journals including College Composition and Communication and Computers and Composition. In 2022, she became a Research Associate with The Readability Consortium and a Distinguished Fellow in the Center for University Education Scholarship at the University of Arizona. Elected Vice President of the National Council of Teachers of English in 2021, she served as President in 2024.

Rebecca Bryant applies her extensive experience in academic affairs, research infrastructure, and technology adoption to help institutions navigate the challenges of responsible AI use and academic integrity.
For over a decade, Bryant served as Assistant Dean in the Graduate College at the University of Illinois Urbana-Champaign, where she implemented academic policies, established new support services for graduate students and postdoctoral scholars, and led the adoption of new student information systems.
Bryant is a recognized researcher and strategist whose work has shaped how universities and research libraries approach cross-campus collaboration and new technology adoption. She has previously worked at OCLC Research and ORCID, where she authored influential reports on new technology adoption, championed emerging research infrastructures, and developed international leadership networks.
