After two (2) violations at the graduate level, a student’s case may be presented to the Code of Conduct Committee and the student could be dismissed from the University. Violations do not carry over from the undergraduate level to the graduate level.

If students believe the decision rendered is unjust or unfair, they may appeal the decision. Students should send an email to the Office of the Ombudsman within 30 days after the decision is rendered to appeal the academic integrity sanction.
